Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) will be an advantage.
