As a Student Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier student talent while fostering relationships with educational institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract students from diverse academic backgrounds through various channels, including social media, campus events, and job fairs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to establish a robust network for recruitment purposes.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and assessments of student candidates to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and values.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand specific role requirements and facilitate a seamless recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information using recruitment software and databases.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador for The People Practice, promoting the organization's values and opportunities within the student community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Recruitment Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, especially in a university or campus setting, is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with students effectively.
- Networking Abilities: Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with students, academic institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
