As a Campus Recruiter at Vagan, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging with top talent among students. Responsibilities:

• Identify and Source Talent: Actively engage with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to identify and attract high-caliber students for internships and entry-level positions.
• Coordinate Campus Events: Organize and participate in career fairs, on-campus events, and information sessions to promote Vagan and establish a strong presence within the academic community.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key academic stakeholders, faculty, and student organizations to enhance Vagan's brand on campuses.
• Interview and Assess Candidates: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit for various roles within Vagan.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide insights on campus recruitment trends, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Manage Internship Programs: Oversee internship programs, ensuring a positive experience for both interns and hiring teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in campus recruiting or related talent acquisition roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
• Understanding of the latest trends and best practices in campus recruitment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
