Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications in accordance with established standards and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (X+ years) in software development with a focus on backend/frontend technologies.
Proficient in [programming languages/technologies relevant to the role, e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.].
Solid understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
