Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business and technical requirements for automotive systems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive requirement specifications, ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analysis and Validation: Evaluate requirements for feasibility, relevance, and alignment with project goals. Conduct validation exercises to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communication: Effectively communicate requirements to development teams, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Facilitate discussions to resolve any discrepancies or ambiguities.
- Change Management: Manage and document changes to requirements throughout the project, ensuring proper impact analysis and communication to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to develop test cases and participate in the validation of system functionality against defined requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives, recommending enhancements to streamline the requirements management process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst or in a similar role within the automotive or related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and industry standards is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
